This program goes to the next step of sales expertise, and develops enhanced skills for working with strategic opportunities requiring a solutions approach. We assist the sales person in developing a strategic view of their opportunities, and developing achievable action plans. Appreciative selling is a strength-based approach that assists each sales person in developing their own unique style. Customized in length, this program typically runs for 2 days, or can be delivered 1on1 as a coaching program.
